I suppose, I would have enjoyed Bontoc if I stayed at least 2 days.

Given a little depression took its toll, everything’s being left untold and unspoken with me and this nice place. Instead, I took a non-aircon bus back to Manila.

So From Cubao, Manila, I head off South….to Legaspi

From there, another 14 hour night bus ride to Legaspi, Bicol. I don’t recall exactly how many naps I took while sitting uncomfortably with a box of cranky chicken beside me.

Cool wind kisses my face as we journey along the neighboring provinces of Bicol. And when I wake up, a beautiful view of the Mt. Mayon followed us until the bus stopped in the heart of Legaspi City, Albay.

I would say, It felt a little sad being here. Kinda hostile environment it is for me but it’s nature is so appealing that after I’ve found this 200/night hostel, I wasted no time and went straight to Cagsawa Ruins. From there, I have had my envisioned photo of me with the Mayon Volcano. Sadly, she was shy and hid herself with the thick clouds. I should have come earlier.

So, I also tried their spicy food in a local restaurant, did a city tour and thought of what I could possibly still do in Legaspi. I reckon anyone who’s gone here would think to stay for another night or two and venture what’s around here. But, I left the next morning. I just wanted a new horizon, definitely not here in Legaspi.
